Anthony received his Private Pilots Certificate in 1975. In years to follow, he received the instrument rating, Commercial Pilot Certificate, Certified Flight instructors Certificate (CFI), Multi-Engine Rating Certificate, Complex Airplane, FAA Basic Grond School Certificate, and Advance Ground School Certificate.

Anthony Joined the Bronze Eagles Flighting Club in 1976 and has been a participating member for the last 48 years. In 2004 Anthony was elected president. He has held that office to the present.

Anthony has served as the Bronze Eagles representative to the BPA board of directors since 2004. In 2004 Anthony joined the BPA/Les Morris Summer Flight Academy staff as an instructor.

Anthony is a regular attendee at all the national meetings. He has attended 20 board meetings, 19 Operation Skyhook events and 19 membership meetings.
